Introduction to Dapplon Contractor Management

What is Dapplon CLMS?

CLMS stands for Contractor Lifecycle Management System. It is the Dapplon module for managing non-permanent workers — freelancers, agency staff, consultants, and fixed-term contract employees.

Unlike the employee module, CLMS does not process payroll through salary structures. Instead, it handles:

• Contractor onboarding and document collection
• Contract creation and digital signing
• Timesheet submission and approval
• Payment processing based on approved hours or milestones
• Contractor offboarding and contract closure

Who should use CLMS?

CLMS is designed for companies that:

• Use freelancers or gig workers regularly
• Hire through staffing agencies
• Engage consultants on time-and-material contracts
• Manage large teams of contract workers in manufacturing, logistics, or IT

Accessing CLMS

CLMS is available at clms.dapplon.com. Access requires a separate invitation from your HR admin. If you are a contractor, your agency or the hiring company will send you an invitation email.

How CLMS fits into Dapplon

CLMS connects to the Company Admin panel. HR admins can view all contractors alongside their employees in one unified dashboard. Reports show total workforce cost including both payroll and contractor payments.
