Viewing your applications

1. Log in to jobs.dapplon.com
2. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
3. Click My Applications
4. You see a list of all your applications, newest first

Application statuses explained

Applied — your application was received and is in the employer's queue.

Under Review — a recruiter has opened and is reviewing your application.

Shortlisted — you have been selected for the next step. Expect a communication from the employer soon.

Interview Scheduled — an interview has been booked. Check the email for the date, time, and format.

Offer Extended — the employer has made you a job offer. Check your email for the offer letter.

Rejected — your application was not selected. Not all employers send rejection notifications.

Withdrawn — you withdrew the application yourself.

What to do when shortlisted

When your status changes to Shortlisted or Interview Scheduled:

1. You receive an email from the recruiter
2. The email contains interview details: format (video/in-person), date, time, and any preparation instructions
3. Confirm your availability by replying to the email or clicking the confirmation link

If you have not heard back

1. Check your spam folder for emails from the recruiter or from [email protected]
2. If your status has been "Under Review" for more than 2 weeks, the employer may have closed the role or put hiring on hold
3. You can send a polite follow-up email to the recruiter's contact listed in the job posting
