Tracking your job applications
How job seekers view and track the status of all their applications on the Dapplon Job Portal.
Viewing your applications
- Log in to jobs.dapplon.com
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
- Click My Applications
- You see a list of all your applications, newest first
Application statuses explained
Applied — your application was received and is in the employer's queue.
Under Review — a recruiter has opened and is reviewing your application.
Shortlisted — you have been selected for the next step. Expect a communication from the employer soon.
Interview Scheduled — an interview has been booked. Check the email for the date, time, and format.
Offer Extended — the employer has made you a job offer. Check your email for the offer letter.
Rejected — your application was not selected. Not all employers send rejection notifications.
Withdrawn — you withdrew the application yourself.
What to do when shortlisted
When your status changes to Shortlisted or Interview Scheduled:
- You receive an email from the recruiter
- The email contains interview details: format (video/in-person), date, time, and any preparation instructions
- Confirm your availability by replying to the email or clicking the confirmation link
If you have not heard back
- Check your spam folder for emails from the recruiter or from [email protected]
- If your status has been "Under Review" for more than 2 weeks, the employer may have closed the role or put hiring on hold
- You can send a polite follow-up email to the recruiter's contact listed in the job posting
Note
Dapplon does not have a built-in messaging feature between candidates and employers outside of interview scheduling. Communication typically happens via email.
