Viewing your payslips and salary details
How employees can access, download, and understand their monthly payslips from the Dapplon Employee Portal.
Accessing your payslips
- Log in to employee.dapplon.com
- Go to Payroll in the left sidebar
- Click My Payslips
- You see a list of all payslips, newest first, with the month and net pay amount
- Click any payslip to view the full details
Reading your payslip
A Dapplon payslip has three sections:
Earnings — all payments made to you this month:
- Basic Salary
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Special Allowance
- Any one-time payments (bonus, arrears, etc.)
Deductions — amounts subtracted from your gross:
- Employee Provident Fund (your share)
- Professional Tax
- TDS (income tax deducted at source)
- Any loan or advance recovery
Net Pay — Gross Earnings minus Total Deductions. This is the amount transferred to your bank account.
Note
The "Employer PF Contribution" shown at the bottom is your company's additional contribution. It is NOT deducted from your salary — it is an extra amount your company pays on your behalf.
Downloading your payslip as PDF
- Open the payslip you want to download
- Click the Download PDF button in the top-right corner
- The PDF is saved to your device
Downloading Form 16
Form 16 is generated after the financial year ends (usually by June 15):
- Go to Payroll > Tax Documents
- Click Download Form 16 for the relevant financial year
- Submit this to your bank or tax advisor when filing your income tax return
Understanding your TDS
Your TDS is projected based on your estimated annual income. If you have made investments under Section 80C, 80D, or HRA exemptions, declare them in the Employee Portal to reduce your TDS:
- Go to Payroll > Tax Declaration
- Enter your investment details
- Submit — your TDS is recalculated from the next payroll run
In this section
- Applying for leave from the employee portal
- Navigating the Employee Portal
