Logging in to Dapplon
How to log in to any Dapplon panel, what to do if login fails, and which URL to use for your role.
Dapplon panels and their login URLs
Dapplon has separate login pages for each user type. Make sure you are visiting the correct URL for your role:
- Company Admin (HR team) — admin.dapplon.com
- Employees — employee.dapplon.com
- Job Seekers / Employers — jobs.dapplon.com
- Contractors — clms.dapplon.com
- SuperAdmin (Dapplon internal) — nu.dapplon.com
Note
If you try to log in at the wrong URL with the right credentials, you will get an "Access denied" error. Always use the URL for your specific role.
Logging in
- Go to the correct login URL for your role
- Enter your Email Address (the one your HR team used when setting up your account)
- Enter your Password
- If your account has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Click Sign In
If login fails
"Invalid credentials" — your email or password is wrong. Check that Caps Lock is off and try again. After 5 failed attempts your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes.
"Access denied" — you are at the wrong panel URL, or your account role does not have access to this panel. Contact your HR admin.
"Too many login attempts" — your account is temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or click Forgot Password to reset.
Staying logged in
Dapplon sessions last 8 hours. After 8 hours of inactivity you are automatically logged out for security. If you work across multiple tabs, refreshing any tab resets the session timer.
Logging out
- Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of any page
- Click Logout
- You are taken back to the login page
