Payroll reports and downloading payslips in bulk

Available payroll reports

After each payroll run, Dapplon stores a complete record of all computations. The following reports are available under Payroll > Reports:

Payroll Summary — total gross, total deductions, total net pay, and employer contributions for the month. One row per payroll run.

Employee-wise Payroll Detail — a breakdown of every component for every employee in a given month. Useful for audits.

Cost to Company (CTC) Report — the total cost per employee including employer PF, ESI, and gratuity provision.

PF Challan (ECR) — the electronic challan file for EPFO submission. Download in the EPFO ECR format directly.

ESI Contribution Report — contribution summary in the format required by ESIC.

Form 16 Part A — the TDS certificate for each employee, generated after year-end.

Generating a report

1. Go to Payroll > Reports
2. Select the report type from the dropdown
3. Set the date range (usually a single month)
4. Click Generate
5. The report loads in the browser as a table — click Export to Excel or Download PDF

Downloading payslips in bulk

1. Go to Payroll > Payroll History
2. Find the month you want
3. Click Download All Payslips
4. Dapplon generates a ZIP file containing one PDF per employee
5. The ZIP is emailed to your admin email within a few minutes for large companies
