Getting Started
Setting up your company profile and branding
How to configure your company legal details, upload your logo, and set preferences that appear on payslips, offer letters, and emails.
Why company profile setup matters
Your company profile is the single source of truth for your legal details across Dapplon. The name, address, logo, and tax numbers you enter here appear on:
- Payslips sent to employees
- Offer letters generated in the Recruitment module
- Email notifications sent from your company account
- Invoices and receipts from Dapplon billing
Getting this right from the start means every document your employees receive looks professional and legally correct.

Before you start, gather:
- Legal company name (as registered with the government)
- Display name (what employees see — can be a shorter brand name)
