Inviting your HR team and setting permissions
Why role-based access matters
In most companies, multiple people need access to Dapplon — the HR manager, payroll specialist, department heads, and recruitment lead. Giving everyone the same admin access is a security risk. Dapplon's role system lets you give each person exactly the access they need.
Built-in roles
Dapplon ships with four built-in roles:
Super Admin — full access to everything, including billing and settings. Usually limited to 1-2 people.
HR Admin — can manage employees, run payroll, approve leave, and view reports. Cannot access billing or change system settings.
HR Manager — can view and edit employees in their own department. Can approve leave for their team. Cannot run payroll.
Recruiter — access limited to the Recruitment module. Can create jobs, manage candidates, and schedule interviews. Cannot see salary data.
