Welcome to Dapplon — Your HR platform overview
What is Dapplon?
Dapplon is a multi-tenant HR SaaS platform built to power the entire employee lifecycle — from the moment a candidate applies for a job to their last day at your company. It is used by HR teams, employees, contractors, and job seekers across multiple countries.
The platform is organised into separate panels, each designed for a specific audience. You do not need to install anything — every panel runs in a web browser.
The Dapplon panels at a glance
Company Admin panel (admin.dapplon.com) is where HR admins and managers spend most of their time. From here you can add employees, run payroll, manage leave, post jobs, review performance, and access reports.
Employee Portal (employee.dapplon.com) is what your employees use. They can view their payslips, apply for leave, mark attendance, raise expense claims, and update their personal information — all without contacting HR.
Job Portal (jobs.dapplon.com) is a public-facing job board where your open positions are listed. Candidates can create profiles, upload resumes, and apply directly. Employers can also log in to post jobs and manage applications.
Contractor Management (clms.dapplon.com) handles the complete lifecycle of contractors and freelancers — onboarding, contracts, timesheet tracking, and payment processing.
Mobile app — everything above is also available on Android and iOS via the Dapplon mobile app, so employees can check payslips or apply for leave from their phones.
How the panels connect
All panels share the same database. When an HR admin adds an employee in the Company Admin panel, that employee can immediately log in to the Employee Portal. When a candidate is hired through the Job Portal, their record transfers directly into the admin panel without any re-entry of data.
What Dapplon is built on
Dapplon runs on modern cloud infrastructure with the following characteristics:
- Multi-tenant — your company's data is isolated from every other company on the platform
- Role-based access — employees see only what they are allowed to see
- Audit logs — every change is timestamped and attributed to the user who made it
- Mobile-first — all screens work on phones and tablets, not just desktops
