No. The plan price covers all features in that tier. Implementation, onboarding support, and mobile apps are included. We don't charge extra for users, payroll runs, or reports.

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new rate applies from the next billing cycle.

Local tax rules are built into the platform and updated automatically when regulations change. You never need to manually update tax tables. For each country, the relevant filings are generated automatically.

All payroll data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party security audits.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in AWS data centers with regional options. Indian company data is stored in Mumbai. EU company data is stored in Frankfurt (GDPR compliant). You choose your data region.

Yes. We are fully GDPR compliant with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for EU customers. We support right to access, right to erasure, and data portability.
